I adore Dede Ayew; I think he should be captain of Black Stars – Nana Aba Anamoah

Ace broadcaster, Nana Aba Anamoah, has chosen Dede Ayew as her favourite for the Black Stars captaincy.

“There are some players in the Black Stars Team I completely adore, like Dede Ayew, he is my favourite player in the team and his brother Jordan Ayew.

“I also like Afriyie Acquah and Agyemang Badu but I think personally Dede Ayew should be the captain of the team. It’s about time Dede becomes the captain of the Black Stars,” she said.

According to her, Jordan Ayew is talented and a terrific player but he is yet to be understood by many.

The GHOne TV News Editor was asked by host Berla Mundi why she says positive comments about Ayew brothers, and she responded “No I’m just a fan of the Ayews, they don’t do any wrong in my eyes, I love the Ayews.”

When asked why she always opt for the Ayews as her favourite, Nana Aba Anamoah answered, “No it’s not even about their dad but the players because they are so young, determined and driven for success so I adore them.”

Ayew was named vice-captain in 2015 and has led Ghana in the absence of Gyan.
