After all the elaboration from this guy u still insist it's mismanagement? How do u mismanage when u have nothing to manage? Somehow the problem is compounded by the hype issue. You gotta hype your talent and live like life is going great. However, that also putz enormous pressure on the musician if they have poor managers, handlers or promoters. There are not too many ppl who will want to invest 8n the ghanaian musicians and help them grow. That's a major problem.

Truth be told, the copying of Nigerian style of lyrical delievery by Ghanaian musician is getting out artistic logic. Listen to the Ghanaian music and you get lost as to whether it was a Nigerian artist or not until you hear bits and peices of local language filtering intermitently as the track runs. The rhydem, lyrical style and even the adoption of pidgin english are all copy of what the Nigerians do and do to perfection, which is even admired and accepted as Nigerian music in the Western countries and other parts of the world, how can Ghanaian musicians beat the Nigerians to their game hense, the reasons everyone want to listen to the original sound and not the copy version. Ghanaians need to develop and chat an original Ghanaian musical style like in the days of original Ghanaian Highlife music which will not be mistaken as coming from anywhere else, the least from Nigeria. The South African & East African countries of Kenya, Namibia, Tanzania, South Africa, Angola, Zimbabwe etc. most often mistake the Ghanaian music as coming from Nigeria and why the similarity in the sounds and rhydems. The Nigerian musical styles and rhydems being copied by the Ghanaian musicians are an improved instrumentations of local musical gadgets, developed from local/rural folklore sounds and I wonder how that could filter into what Ghanaian musicians now copy and adopt. The problem of Ghanaian musicians not making it as big as their Nigerian counterpart is simply lack of originality.
