Hmmmm my dear thanks for this,it happened to me,my husband is 16years older than me,we had three children,I gave him all the respect he deserves but no for him,I will not give u the room to talk because he knows everything in this world.he doesn't listening at all and it makes me feel like a slave,I tried my best to be with him but no till I moved out from the house,it's very bad when u think u have a partner who doesn't listening,u became useless and as long as u stay with him,u turn to his slave and u will never be happy in ur life da

Where is this world heading to. Who is supposed to listen to who. When a woman says a man doesn't listen to her, she is simply saying that the man doesn't give her the room to control the relationship. A man is supposed to love and adore the woman and treat her like a queen, whereas a woman's sole duty is to respect the man and humbly submit. A woman can make suggestions but under no circumstance is the man obliged to listen to her woman for that reason. However in matters of communication it's both ways.

When a man listens to his wife, it doesn't imply that she has control over him but it means that he values and loves her.... Heads of institutions, schools etc and even the president listens to his subordinates and derives from their opinion what he thinks would be best for the country and discarding those opinions he thinks aren't good enough... The head cannot live alone without the body... So a husband who fails to listen to his wife is bound to fail in his duty as the head....

Medaase. Well said ladies. Just walked out of my marriage. It's been hell. I had no say, not even in what program to watch on TV or what job I should do. I was very bright and promising but lost my self esteem as a result of his control and abuse. He drove all my friends away, tore my family apart with lies and I can't even talk of how he treated me and spoke to me or about me. He sucked my life away and I was even scared to express myself because of how he would interpret whatever came out of my mouth. I believe Satan's wife is happier than I was.
