What at all is wrong with some Ghanaians, why are we so into the dead, material things and litigations? This guy will never be allowed to rest in peace and if there is any chance for this guy to review himself I wonder how many will embrace him and how many will take off as fast as their legs can carry them my guess will be the latter. Also to the maternal family, please stop all these injunctions, its waste of money that can be given towards the upkeep of the children.

No wonder this talented musician died of heart attack at a young age. Problem, pressure, and stress here and there. Even after his death, there is confusion between mother and father side.

Some African countries have taken the bold step to do away with "chieftaincy" and expensive funerals and are now managing their resources more effectively, but in Ghana, our problem is leadership that can steer us away from such stupid traditions. Our leaders are all into superstition and all the evil things mentioned above. This is the dark continent, the devil is here with us.

What goes around comes around. It serves the parternal side right since they were the very people who stopped the Muslims from burrying the man. They claimed the family should burry him and not the Muslims and that was why the maternal side came in. In the Akan tradition the maternal side has control over burial and funeral. If Muslims cannot burry and perform funeral then the parternal side cannot also burry and perform funeral, period. What goes around comes around. The matter would have ended long ago if the Muslims were allowed to burry the guy.
