It makes no sense for government to involve it self in the building of such facilities. Leave it for the private investor, if there's really good money in there, they'll jump at it. Right now, you go put a theatre in Tamale f ...

It makes no sense for government to involve it self in the building of such facilities. Leave it for the private investor, if there's really good money in there, they'll jump at it. Right now, you go put a theatre in Tamale for instance and it'll turn into a white elephant in less than a month, causing financial loss to the nation.
