  Abeiku cme again but not in the public the next time with this inexperience. Is the sole duty of Tour guides, Tour operators, travel agents and all other stakeholders to alwys enlighten themselves abt tourists n visitors who normally visit their facility so as to deliver quality service. That is why Ghana's tsm industry will only grow in the positive direction whn graduates who read tsm r employed in such fields not anybody at all. Service quality, customer relationship management, moment of truth, positive word-of-mouth etc are wht shd be taken into consideration whn delivering services to both tourists n visitors.

  You will find MPs or ministers of state who at the same time operate a private firm for money.
  Until we fix those conflicts we will continue to lag behind in everything except corruption.
