Government doesn't build theatres in developed countries- Civilians, entrpreneurs, do. If you think there's a need for more theatres, then put your money where your mouth is and start building. This is one of the main reasons why most countries in Africa are in the state they are in. Everyone relies on the government to do everything, create jobs, fix electricity, build theatres. The people rarely take initiative to solve their own problems. Jobs come when individuals in a nation take risks to start companies and succeed. The founders of Google, Facebook, Microsoft, the inventors of solar panels, computers, smart phones etc. all saw a problem and found a way to solve it. They didn't wait for the government to do it. This ladies and gentlemen is ehy Africa is and will continue to remain stagnant. Besides the obvious curroption in government and misuse of funds, this mindset comes next as the cause.
