In the first place, most Masters programs will not offer all required courses in the same year, even if one planned to go to school in the summer.

But, we are speaking about Ghana.

Brother Annan you are talking about Masters obtained in UK. However, in US, one must be a fulltime student before one is able to complete his/her Masters within one year. Even it takes five semesters for some fulltime student ...

Even it takes five semesters for some fulltime students to complete their Masters. Partime students sometimes spend four or five years or more before completing their Masters
