I often get sick and tired of this issue of certificate and class. Shouldn't the question be about what the holder would do with his or her training acquired over the years to benefit himself, his family, his community and the nation as a whole?

Ghanaians are so obsessed about certificates but rarely translate it practically.
Going to school is a good thing. Acquiring a certificate is not bad but how does it translate into profit practically?
I have seen people with even first class degrees struggling to translate that tag into practical ventures.

Let's embrace technology, vocational and technical education, work hard with all the education we had by practicalising things. Our education system I shuder to say is not Helping matters. We memorise ( chew) , pass and forget and that is it! Let us change our mindset.
