A doctor (surgeon) from came to Ghana from with his colleagues to do a voluntary work in KATH in the process of performing an operation on a patient there was a light out (dumsor) they had to use a flash light to continue with the suturing..this is what health personnels go through to deliver health care in Ghana..so Mr. President stop this cheap politics.
