Let's allow customers who are dissatisfied with services to them to complain. It does not matter whether its Yvonne Nelson or any other customer. I'm sure if it had happened to you, you would have complained.

Yvonne should first tell us wat she did before such treatment. .....well either way both deserves respect,some of these soo called Screen Celebrities sucks....sometyms issues that arises is companies stuffs but because we r there as the face to offer customer care we cover up for the company n faces the insults from customers,anything u say customers wnt take it n no u r human too,they speak harshly,uses the F word like crazy ppl and talk anyhow,uses dare not say a thing or u loose ur job,cut the crap sometyms it sucks, when u walk in n treat with respect u get same,some of them feels they own u....I hv served Peace Hyde,Jeremie,KSm and they were soo down to earth but there is another lady Vanessa Gyan who was soo in polite n talk like trash but I had to swallow it.....customer service personnel r human beings too,treat with respect
