  I do positively support the idea by the IGP. Let us remember Uganda & other African countries that have been embroidered in conflicts due to social media effects. People become so imotional so much that they create truths, half truths, lies and absolute lies which tend to create tension. Please the politricksians will use you and when any trouble comes they send their families to safety. They are only interested in their SUV's and their kick backs. Be Warned
