Even the bible says love your neigbour as yourself not more than yourself. And ladies of today all about 90 percent want a man who can provide for them. Some also go into marriage thinking money doesn't matter but when the going gets tough they(ladies) start to nag. Even if the lady is ready to cater for the poor man, majority of them(men) turn to cheat on their rich wives may be she cannot provide everything for him due to taking care of the house because some other woman(mostly women with kids, divorcees,etc) is out there who is willing to take him from you by giving him everything thereby breaking your marriage. So it is better to avoid it than prevent it. This is a life experience.

looking at the ghanaian economy which is dominated by high unemployment rate among the youth, men may be forced to do everything possible to acquire wealth in order to have the ladies they so desire. this implies that, the men may engage themselves in armed robbery, sakawa..etc to acquire wealth.

implication on women.
many women may decide to wait till their late 50's and 40's in the name of "waiting for mr. right (rich)" and later realise that they have listened to foolish advise.

many women cannot wait and remain chaste so they will flirt around with the aim of "one day,I'll meet mr. right" in the process.
with this, such advise can lead to immorality among both men and women.

the big questions that demand answers from this man of God is,
what if you marry a rich man today, and he becomes poor tomorrow?

what if you reject the poor man today, and he becomes rich tomorrow?

you must remember that despite the fact that Jesus was the son of God, he lived poor on earth.

I dont recognise these men of God in my diary, because they make decisions based on their personal judgement at the expense of what the bible teaches.

A man's job is to generate and continue building generational wealth for his family-line through his woman or women (wife/wives).

A true man doesn't have the spare time to sit under the palm trees all day with other do-nothing men and drink palm wine daily.

So the speak is correct but how can a true Black African discussion the institution of marriage (traditional or otherwise) and include polygamy?
That too is insane!

How many African wives can I have over the 53 or 54 countries in Africa, if I am a Black Man that can teach any intelligent woman to do as I asks (legally)in global business and before 1 year, she will be earning an income of over $10,000 per week...no matter where she lives in Africa? Such a woman will not need a job or have the need to maintain a office or storefront she would need to babysit 4, 8 or 12 hours a day.

Am I qualified in the eyes of a lady's mother, father and grandparents to add her as a wife in a polygamous relation...if her sister wives are each from 30 different Black majority countries inside of Africa?

The icing on the cake is this: All will become Vodoun priestesses too.
I want NOT women of various religions.

I'm a therapist and a marriage counselor, but the guy got it wrong about marriage. Our culture as Ghanaians has been mixed with the western world. Gone were the days that men were supposed to take care entirely of their women, no marriage helping each other in the downsides while still maintaining the love part of it. Women so rather marry men that they think have the potential to become improve their personal goals and vice versa. Money can come and go, what if your husband becomes poor during the marriage? Let's be one others helper and marry for love and all will fall into place. It's this same reason he is talking about that have brought many marriages to an end becuase we go in on financial attractions and finds out we are not compatible.
