Excellent article. Since I hit 30 darkness and bags under my eyes have been the biggest obstacle in my efforts to maintain my appearance. Everything you mentioned is definitely important, but a natural diet free of toxins and chemicals is a must! As toxins build over time, the energy our body needs for cell rejuvenation is spent on trying to get rid of and deal with them. I've used every beauty product on the market...tried every diy and home remedy. Nothing worked as well as removing unnatural foods from my diet.
