You have compressed your waist so much and probably internal organs around the waist must be affected. What do really want in life? You look exactly like a cartoon. However, I wish you speedy recovery and put a stop to waist trainer and minimize or no alcohol intake. Check your family history if you have a background of Blood pressure and diabetes. Check your diet well,drink more water to boost the strength of your kidney. Wish all the best.
