  The company or the one who botched up the brochure did well; a test of Ghanaian intellectual ability not JHS, SHS, B.A.,B.Sc., M.A.,M.Sc.nor Ph.D.qualifications were put to test but COMMON SENSE of the entire work force of the Castle/Jubilee House from the president to the messenger,similar to the 10 lap tops gifts to PRESIDENTIAL OFFICE and 4 were given to KKTUMI saga.
