    He needs to read his contract again if he can read. They gave him a cheque and wrote paid in full on the note section and this illiterate idiot cashed it. That is it.

    No lawyer will go to court on this case on pro Bono bas ...

    If it was a promise, then it is not enforceable and no lawyer will waste his time on this but if his contract called for a Ghc100,000, then he can sue.

    A contract needs not be in writing. Even if it was merely verbal and bukom has witnesses then he can sue.
