If we continue to laugh at him, he is going to develop a complex that will impede his future performance. You see, here in the US, people understand these things and always try to support when they know there is a limitation. Of course once in a while you get those from ghetto, like us, misbehaving when others are struggling. but all in all, they would rather support than laugh. That is why when the first lady gave her speech and ghanaians laughed at her, we never heard any criticized from the other first ladies but praise.
