Too much emphasis is placed on material things and material wealth in our society. Yes, Amakye survived a horrifying accident. He is grateful to God for being alive. He purchase a "new" vehicle and praises God through the license plate on his vehicle. That should have enough!!!. These so-called journalists should think twice before putting anything to paper and publishing it. I am sure Amakye Dede himself will not approve of the price tag of the vehicle, being published. It takes away from the moral of the story. Thank you!!

We all know how much artistes earn in this country and I can tell you that they dont earn enough to enable them to become stupid in their spending habits.

It is only out of the concern of admiration that some of us are advising Amakye Dede but if some of them want to ride in the kind of cars - even if second-hand, that artistes in other countries who earn millions of dollars per year ride around in, well, it is their palaver.

We know our artistes. Most of them are not well-educated neither are they intelligent. At best, they are merely talented musicians who may need the kind of advise that would prevent them from ending up like so many others before them, sadly ended up.
