He or she who alleges must prove case. Can Sarah Kwablah prove that she was raped and sodomised by Asamoah Gyan? Asamoah Gyan has not denied having sex with Sarah Kwablah, what he is saying is, whatever sex they had was consensual. A lot will depend on what she did immediately following this so-called rape and sodomy. There are worrying facts to contend with. The first time she came on media radar, the issue was she was pregnant with Asamoah Gyan, and wanting a nanny and monthly housing and maintenance money. Then there was no baby, then came rape and sodomy. Just saying you were raped and sodomized does not make it so, you have to show proof.

If you did not run to the police to make a case immediately and got a medical report after the sexual encounter, but continued to have some kind of relationship with the person and possibly had more sex with the person, then you have a tall order proving your case. So far it looks like Sarah is looking for a big payoff for the opportunity cost of not having a long time beneficial financial rewards from Asamoah Gyan. Is there even any record that she had a miscarriage from any hospital? She comes off as somebody who thinks she can compel Asamoah Gyan to settle a big cash payoff by holding career ending threat over him. She is reaching for and holding on to something that is not there, the ominous threat that she can crash his football career if he does not settle with her. So far it is not working. Lady, trust me, FIFA will not get involved and then where will you go next, the United Nations or International Criminal Court? Muff there, don't make an ass of yourself.

Asamoah Gyan is beyond the worst this so-called rape and sadomy could have presented to him - the embarrassment aspect or factor - and perhaps would have wanted to prevent it from coming to public. That was the time Sarah Kwablah could have milked him to settle. But it looks like Sarah got greedy, if she couldn't get Gyan for keeps sake and financial maintenance, then she was going to blackmail him. Now that the whole thing is in the public, Gyan's worst fear has blown over. He has entered the dead-goat phase of this saga. His career has not suffered a scratch and he could careless. Next time he should be careful of who he gets down with. Cheap girls can sting sometimes. So why should the 275 constituencies not start killing their MPs one at a time after each general elections? In this way every constituency will get their fair share of the national cake and to the dead MP that will be the ultimate sacrifice for their people, after all many of them to do say they are in politics because they love their people and are sacrificing for them. The constituents can hold elaborate funeral celebrations for their departed beloved MPs, they can even set aside some monies to build monuments for them. This may sound outrageous but it is really a good development strategy. Think about it again.
