You should also have thought about how big the show you have been honoured to host is. You were the Master of Ceremony and the way you carry yourself reflects the nature or class of programme you were hosting. You may not know, but that little act, even though benefited you by showing your loyalty, in one way or the other casts a little slur on the RTP Awards. There are several (and even better) ways to show love than just polishing one's shoes in front of very august men (including VIPs). This is embarrassing to the show and I honestly think the organizers might not want to hurt you by telling you that truth
