Much as Obour is determined to reduce weight quickly, it is important to do it gradually. Not sure whether he trains only on sundays. If that is the case then he should train thrice a week. Increasing the duration of training ... read full comment
Much as Obour is determined to reduce weight quickly, it is important to do it gradually. Not sure whether he trains only on sundays. If that is the case then he should train thrice a week. Increasing the duration of training grdually each subsequent week. In about 3 to 4 months time he will have the necessary stamina for longer duration of training. It is not advisable to force it otherwise u can't sustain it. Also best to think of his training as a new acquired lifestyle and not only becuase he wants to loose weight, otherwise as soon as he looses the weight he will quickly gain it back again.
