The most lawless disrespectful and insolent group of people I have ever lived amongst are Ghanaians. Every single one of them, and just when you think you've met a sophisticated and well disciplined Ghanaian to support your outrage, they turn on you and defend the filth, the mayhem and abject dysfuntionality of society at large.
Ghana police only good for easy and prominent targets, let there be a real armed robbery, and they will show up next day for eyewitness reports. But oh a fake act of robbery, and actually made numerous arrests. What a miracle!
