You go from basic to complex but that's not what he's been doing. You don't try to colonise other African markets when you've not secured your home territory. In the end, you're as big as the industry that carries you, and there's nothing like the African music industry yet.
I think his mgt will understand where I'm going if they read this. He's too intelligent and talented not to become a massive icon on the continent.
I also feel some bit of arrogance has slowed him down as I'm not too comfortable with the way he replies fans and critics on social media.
Finally, what's the latest about the Woodin contract, if his image was large enough, Woodin may not have needed to sign Korede Bello to generate awareness in Nigeria.
Get your music more into Ghanaian ears and work more with GH video directors who also have incentive to push your work locally. When you're solid in GH, your crossover will be a lot easier than for say a Sarkodie who raps in Twi.
