  I think am partially in support of the director's idea with the mind and worry that wont the old men who were in the industry and gained much experience be unemployed since that is what they lean on for survival and as their sole career?I suggest they should be mixing or using them together.

  Come on , the whole thing is about acting, thus making things seems real by adjusting, adding and subtracting, therefore, if the young ones have what it takes to play a role as the old, why not ? The old ones should rather focus on how they can possibly position themselves to act like youngsters.
