You should have registered the house in your name at the first opportunity and that would have been the end of the case. If the Alhaji gave the house to you on condition that, he will get it back if you Vicky disclose of the relationship between you or misbehave, then it is a different case. If this condition existed, then the house was never yours at any point in time.

The Alhaji just took advantage of you. Guess what, the Alhaji will turn around and give it to another woman under the same 419 pretence and will take it again from the second lady and give it to a third lady and so on forth and so forth. He is playing you ladies for being immature if none of you ladies recognize the need to register the house in your names under no conditions that he can take it back.

A house is not a loaf of bread or a hand bag to let go easily like that. You just have to be smart to register the house in your name the next time it happens. Next time, go for sole ownership and register it without any strings or conditions attached and you will be fine.
