YES I am also happy that the law is taking its own good cause. No one is above the law. For a long time, this Abodam man has thought that he was above the law. The painful aspect of the whole issue is that the younger ones tend to copy his way of doing things. He was the worst role model for the youth in Ghana and I always felt sorry that he was just a loose cannon and no one could control him. I dont wish him to not be taken care of medically. Really I wish him to have medical attention and to improve and live. What I also wish him to do is to realise that many many young ones tend to like him (for his music) and may be lured to take after his way of life (smoking marijuana). I am happy he is being disciplined and I trust and hope that he will eventually come out clean and decide not to smoke again or at least not smoke in public again.

The Judge is only making an example of Kwaw as a scape goat that's why they try to toughing up with all the bail requests. You have these old minded judges who don't like these young influential youth especially those in the industry they don't connect with so they are just proving a point and making a name for themselves. No one knows these judges and IGPs or whatever.

Not even in UK do people get refused bail for being caught smoking marijuana. Caution or arrest yes, but no two weeks on remand. Waste of Public Taxes... This is nonsense!

Slick, crooked and loudmouth lawyers/investigators who allow criminals to walk away free on technicalities.
The police caught him red-handed smoking the joint..in case you are not aware of that. That moron thought he was above the law and dared the police to arrest him by smoking the weed in public and you think he should get off on a flimsy technicality?
Those who disrespect the law with impunity don't deserve any respect from the law.
The law has to make an example of him because the imbecile thumbed his nose at the law. Period!!!
