  Using drugs(be it recreational or hardcore)is a personal and individual choice.
  A lot of people use drugs for different reasons.
  Some people use weed for medicinal purposes and very often these individual have the documentation to prove that. This happens mostly in the western world where research has proved that weed has some medicinal benefits.
  Having said that, it is still strictly controlled and only registered growers are allowed to plant, harvest and distribute/sell to registered medicinal users.
  
  The most important thing to be aware of, is whether that type of drug is illegal or not depending on the country you are in.
  
  In Ghana, it is illegal to plant, harvest and sell weed. Smoking weed, therefore, is also illegal. So if you are and end user of this drug, you risk being arrested too.
  
  So for someone to smoke weed openly in public is tantamount to daring the law enforcement agencies to arrest you if they can; and that's not very smart.
  The law has no respect for anyone who doesn't respect it.
  One might get away with it for sometime but sooner or later, the law will catch up with you.
  
  Personally, I think drugs are for losers and I don't give a shit which celebrities glorify them.
  Getting involved in drugs in my opinion, is like trying to take a walk on a dead-ended road strewn with a lot of traps along the way. It takes you nowhere other than landing you in a shitload of troubles.
  
  I'm not here to preach to anybody and like I said earlier, it's an individual and personal choice to either get involved or not, in the use of drug.
