Why is Kwaw Kesse in custody anyway? why is he not bailed? If the authorities have not yet determined the authenticity of the substance he was alleged to have been smoking why charged him? What was the charge based on? And if he's not charged yet why can't he be bailed pending investigations?

I think we should analyze this case very well.I am highly against the use of cannabis but,This is not an offence to imprison a national star with being in jail for that long is enough for his punishment. kwaw should be freed on some conditions tho. He should do community services like campaigning against the use of cannabis in the youth,he should be ordered to go for rehabilitation and write a promissory note stating he will no more engage in the smoking of cannabis. This is my humble opinion.
