  total nonsense. the fact that the manace exists means that we should give people lighter punishments. the ACT is a crime in our laws and kwaw kesse being a public figure should set better example for those who may like him. He should be getting a stiffer punishment to stump impunity. if he is given light sentence then the poor boy in Nima gets the stiffer one cos no one knows him. unnecessary elitism. If we want to legalize it, lets decide and take it out of our laws. once it remains a crime, it is a crime, whether kwaw kesse did it or kofi bolla did it.
