  There are many fields where Ghana lacks the needed expertise. To solve this problem the government of Ghana has over the decades made scholarships available for the needed human resource to be trained abroad. In some cases so many people were sent and not even one returned. If you know you are not prepared to work and live in Ghana and would therefore not return do not take the scholarships.

Ask yourself are Ghanaians willing for corrections and listening to that small boy who just came from Abroad telling him what to do????If not Ebola who from abroad can come and tell you(MASK) to wash your hands properly with soap?????? Let me tell you te truth they dont earn much abroad but their wisdom and knowledge are being use by the whites and we(Africans) pay for it.Where do we stand???????People will start insulting them and disrespect them.Ghanaian shave to clear their way of thinking if we really want to DEVELOP.
