Personally i don't see a single town or village that can easily pass as FILTHY FREE town. We have greedy semi uneducated people with little minds posing as chiefs and elders of these areas. They sit on resources yet their little minds cannot comprehend it. So if they will fight each other, live in filth, allow their kids to die from cholera and simple sickness, so be it! You cannot tell a fool to wisen up, you can only look on till they die in their folly.

It's about time we change this our traditional setup. We need to start electing our local leaders and stop these chiefs and elders from destroying our towns and villages. Having town and village mayors with other elected officials will bring some accountability, responsibility, motivation and sense of dynamism. We can elect people with intellect, skills and the expertise to run our communities instead of relying on these semi-literates chiefs and elders.
