Rap? The best comes from America. Dance all, go to Jamaica. Hiplife, several musicians are here in Ghana trading in hiplife and hi- life. Even gospel sang in English is everywher. We need Creativity...

  Are u serious. Nicholas Omane Acheampong, his songs do not have cross appeal. You have to reach beyond the Akan, and reach beyond Ghana and Africa. Until then, he is very limited in his audience.

  Hits are not creativity. One may reach the ends of the world but may not be creativity. One may 'hit with novelty song eg, song about Ebola and get a hit, but will sooner fade away. By the way, great creative musicians are at the top with their local dialects, and the West patronizes, esp The Francophone nations. Copying someone who's already made it in America or the UK is a short lived venture, and not true to the 'spirit' of music. Many Ghanaian musicians are depending on 'internet buzz' and CAN only feature at Ghanaian communities abroad. Their music isn't pulsating enough, nor instrumentally adept. Go check once again Nicholas Omane Acheampong's music and see the arrangements, and direction...just fabulously unique. Over here in the US, his records and videos are rare, even unbelievers went to research on zaphnat panneah and mahashala. And that I deem creativity, sending millions back to the Bible.

Go back and ask the Holy Spirit to give you a thorough understanding of what real holiness is all about.. Stop disturbing the peace of gospel singers who truly love God but don't conform to your ideas of who a gospel singer should be,should look like or sound like.Leave them to God and if you don't like them just don't listen to them or even watch them ..shut your eyes.. I am sick and tired of people who know nothing about God trying to play God.. I rest my case..
