Ei Ghana! The bottom-line is as it's always been: when will Carlos Sakyi submit Ghamro's accounts to the Accountant General? Until he does, how can we know how well or badly he has carried out his stewardship? Secondly, why is he so averse to the idea od stepping-down and allowing others to bring their expertise to the table?
