  This is one of the bad decisions made arbitrarily by the know-it-all people in authority. Rather the banning the festival altogether, the TEMA Metropolitan Assembly (TMA)could have met with the event's organizers to reach a solution to address the problems associated with the festival. I am certain that the organizers pay fees to the TMA to hold the event. The TMA has lost a potential income by taking this draconian policy to ban the festival.

  This is sheer jealousy and a ploy just to mafia certain individual fm stations for taking charge of the airwaves. Itcan be organised in a single room and the crowd can be overhelming. Other cities are ready to host the event. It is not about crime during the event but not informing tma before hosting the program. Mr man please come clear.
