During Chris Brown and Sonnie Badu's concert the auditorium was filled so Ghana needs a multi million dollar entertainment center abi? When Chris Brown took $1,000,000.00 for that Accra concert what complains didn't Ghanaians make? They cried and complained as if the money was even taken from the tax payer. Nobody will build that kind of auditorium in Ghana and charge pea nuts for events. The entertainment market in Ghana hasn't gotten to that level. When was the time you heard any Ghanaian song being played on any of the big American radio stations? It's like an L wearing an XXXL. Too big for your kind.

Why do Ghanaians like making morkery of themselves to this extent, why turn yourselve into a laughing stock around the world to the extent of listing all the top class event centers in the US and UK without analysing its sustainabily within the context of a third world weak, vunerable and aids dependent economy Ghana has.
There are many more stronger economies in Africa led by South Africa with very huge entertainment market; there are other bigger entertaiment market attractions in the likes of Nigeria and others in comparism to Ghana who in their wildest dreams will not run their mouths freely as Ghanaians do when they wake up from slumber.
How many Ghanaian can buy ticket value $20,000 front row, $10,000 mid row, $5,000 mid section, $1,000 & $500 the cheapest seat in the kind of your wild dream US/UK event center you listed in your write up.

What is the size of average Ghanaian pocket to have convinced an investor to gamble with his investments money to undertake such monumental project without analyising the cost benefits within reasonable time of recoupment. Given there's such free money somewhere to build an event center you listed, Ghana among African countries will never be the first choice because your entertainment market is weak and Ghana also lack quality in artists of international standards that acts as bait for international events. Its very laughable Ghana has no examples to site in Africa esp South Africa except US/UK, quite funny indeed.

If the event center is ever built it should be named AZONTO EVENT CENTER to complement the stale AZONTO music still running in Ghana. Funny world, do you know why big events organisers overlook Ghana for the likes of South Africa and Nigeria,? it's the reason of the size of the economy, couple with small pocket spendings by Ghanaians that'll will not enable companies sponsor such events cos in the long run such sponsor is not cost effective to the companies.
Example, BIG BROTHER GHANA should have been here several years back but no companiy in Ghana is prepared to sponsor the event cos at the end of the day Ghanaians are small spenders, such companies will reap no benefits so Ghanaians should cut their cloth according to their size and stop dreaming of what is happening elsewhere.
Ghana is running a "4 WHEEL DRIVE ECONOMY" where everybody wants to drive one even if he has to mortgage his house to acquire one as he struggles to fuel it around, Event center the kind the writer is proposing is not one for Ghanaian spendtrift attitude. Let those who can build event center and can manage and sustain it do so. I don't think Ghanaians belong there yet.
