  I will personally entreat these upcoming musicians / artist to embark on serious music studies like any other profession in this world than to focus on just trying to win awards . Music is powerful to life and we must take it very seriously . There are a lot to do if one want to become an accomplish musician which every musician is aiming at , but not winning awards.
