    The problem is because Ghanaian textile manufacturers cannot compete, they are afraid of competition. If we want growth, we must allow competition.

    ....but again the government of Ghana is not leveling it's part of the playing field. So it is not fair to blame other players of the game. Because, we/government of Ghana is not doing well to level its part it is always blam ...

    nkwasiafuo...what competition?..idiots.the fact is the factory in Ghana make better textiles than made in China,but since you fools prefer what is made outside ..even Togo...it is better for the gov't to ban all that crap...c ...

    Despite the so called World Free Trade, developped countries find ways to protect their national industries. Don't be naive! Measures should be taken to protect national industries to protect jobs and know-how.
