Secondly, who should they harrass, the people who the brag and show off on or their comrade in boastfulness? Thirdly, are their celeb colleagues so mean and cheap that they cannot help their own w/o the embarrassment of begging the general public? Juliet, maybe you should bring whatever information you have that is helpful to this person privately and not insult a person when h e is down. You are arrogant, ignorant and classless. For someone who runs a charity you have no humility nor do you operate with dignity or compassion for your fellow human. You look down your nose on people because some juvenile Africans praise you for your color and poor acting. Study people like Nelson Mandela, Mother Theresa and even the late Princess Diana who exhibit class and compassion when dealing with those who are disadvantaged and in need. Go learn the etiquette of business, popularity and fame. Your oversized nose must be fooling you. Classless slut

  Juliet, 50,000 is not going to cut it in the US for a kidney transplant, esp if you do not have a any insurance. There are some steps before the actual transplant. First there is the blood work for both parties to check for hidden problems which might lead to rejection. Meanwhile, you will be on some prescribed medications which are pretty expensive. After the transplanr, you are likely to stay in the hospital for about 1 week ie if there are no complications and your creatine levels are at acceptable. Your bulk of the expenses will be your hospital stay -lodging, medications and the lousy food you have to eat. Don't forget you need to pay the Surgeons, anesthetists Nephrologists and other specialists your doctor refers you to. Then in the hospital they put you on immunosuppressent medication. Either you are rich or have insurance. One of those medications 'cellcept will cost you $4,300/monthly. If you body can take the generic, it is between $800 - $1200/monthly. This is just 1 of the many you will be taking FOR LIFE.
  Don't forget about the person who donated the kidney. He/She will spend at least 2 days in the hospital for observation if all goes well.
  
  So my dear Juliet, even $100K is not enough for a transplant procedure in the US
