  I appreciate the célébrations of pan-africanism but it seems the purpose of this is not properly cordinated in all black african countries,few people know about this pan-africanism célébrations in ghana.The aim of this programme could be socially and politically propagated in all black african countries in this world to promote peace,brotherhood among black people for the achievement of peace among black people all over the world.This pan-african programme should not become a mere a yearly célébrations of black people in memory of our past.Ihis if the information is nor properly conveyed may just arise a universal black peoples uprising against the descendants of black peoples oppressors.But the pan -africanism should become a positive structure to eradicate any form of oppression against the black man in his socio_political existence in any society.The present state of ISRAEL,has become a wisdom of cleaning any odds among them as jews and christians and leave Under one umbrella of national judicial systems which will equally guarantee each one's citizenship rights without any diabolic systems of superiority and inferiority among them as israelis.Blacks after all these pathetic past have not been able to learn lessons from the evils of our primitive social injustice.Human rights laws in BLACK societies are daily abused and there is an all black african countries some instincts of tribalism,tribal hatreds is the main reason behind all civil wars in black african societies,i am a ghanaian living in europe and i have witnessed bitter tribal hatreds among ghanaians,i dont want to say that i have been a victim of tribalism in europe.Any black country you can find fellow black people who want to be regarded as superiors over others.Some even have determined to undermine the progress and sucesses of other people due what they call tribal supremacy.This attitude is boiling up every where until it explodes as uncontrollable civil wars.Let this pan-african movement introduce an political agenda with the A.U for a global educational system to arrest the situation persuade all african governments in all african countries to fight against tribalism and resist any emergence of tribal supremacies.Those love to uphold tribal supreacies ,do so with wicked ,inhuman and destructive stratégies to destroy the dignity of others and hold themselves up to resist others from occuying leadership positions,they adopt many dirty means of eliminating their fellow countymen just for the achievement of tribal supremacy.They either poison their political opponents or kill them secretly by any demonic system s that they know,Now there is nowhere in africa,politics is played fairly,all due to tribal supremacies which has a secret agenda to kill or detroy people who do not come from the particular tribe which is seeking for a tribal supremacy in a particular african state.Please if blacks expects people of other races to respect us ,blacks must first learn to be respecful,if we blacks wants other to love us we must let the world know that we know how to love ourselves first and become lovel people in this world.Pan africanism is a call for all black africans for a purpose of united people,but the secret is that there are wild and dangerous tribal hatreds among black africans in all african nations.please besides the Pan affrican movement persuade the A.U appoint a PAN AFRICAN WAR COMMISSION to study the cause of war outbreaks in black african countries and suggest the major solutions to the A.U,If this fundamental corrections is not made to make any black man in africa to see ourselves as brothers in sisters and equal in all aspect of human being existence,though your message of pan africanism is a good one it may not be accepted as such by others who see you as enemies and hear your voices as the voice of enemies even though they are blacks like you,i will suggest to the A.U OR ECOMOG to establish in each member state A.U or ECOMOG Intelligence Agencies to Watch out for merceneries or tribal war mongers who are gradually burning all countries with wars.

  I think other W African countries that rely on tourism like Senegal/Gambia should be glad, that Ghana has such extensive visa restrictions.

  If Ghana immigration for example took tourist Visa payments at the Kotoka Airport instead of place of debarkation Ghana would kill the tourism in the other two nations mentioned.
  
  Ghana is a wonderful place despite the problems and annoyances one comes across now and again.
  
  Ghana stands alone as the only African country to hold out her hands to the Africa diaspora not Ethiopia, I am very sure in the future this will only benefit Ghana greatly blessings to Ghana.
