LET'S NOT FORGET THAT WHILE THIS PUBLICITY STUNT IS BEEN BLASTED BY THE MEDIA TODAY, THE REAL ISSUE IS GETTING PASS UN-NOTICED. THAT'S THE 10BILLION DOLLARS SOD THAT MAHAMA JUST CUT TODAY. JESUS SON OF MARY, THEY PLAN TO STEAL ALL THAT IN 20YRS WITHOUT ACCOUNTABILITY. THAT IS THE REAL ISSUES. NO WHAT SOME IBO MAN AND HIS WIFE ARE BEEN PAID TO DO. THEY'RE LITTLE PAWNS IN THIS GAME.
CHATERHOUSE AND OPERA SQUARE NEVER WORKED TO THE BENEFIT OF THE GHANAIAN CITIZENRY BECAUSE FRANKLY, THEY ARE NOT FROM THERE AND DON'T GIVE A FUCK.

How does a poor third world country like Ghana spends a million dollar on this abuser when Ghana cannot provide its citizens with reliable power supply? This is clearly a problem of misplaced priorities. I find it interesting that Ghanaian citizens can afford Audi Q7, IPAD, iphone and so forth but cannot invest in education. It is always the job of the government. What a waste of free oxygen and other resources. The citizenry of Ghana must educate themselves and build their own nation instead of wasting money on people who don't need their money. A country with such natural resources should not be considered a third world country but guess what? It definitely is. A clear case of misplaced priorities.

The era when R and B used to that Popular in Ghana is gone. I remember someone asking me "who's this Pastor" in tro-tro when i was reading a paper with the same picture i described at it center page.
CHATTER HOUSE should survey today , how many people know Chris Brown in Ghana and also the financial position of those who are fans of Christ Brown if they can afford a ticket to watch the concept.
I'll always make this comment , with the exception of SHAGGY all the foreign artist who've performed in Ghana have performed below power and it's always the local artist that makes the concert lively.

I don`t think Ghanaians will ever Let`s learn how to develope a Nation rather than tearing it apart. The country is packed full of orphans and widows who cannot even dream even what to eat the next day but dwelling on concert proposals is senseless. Think of numerous sicknesses and deseases people have in Ghana due to lack of proper sanitation and medical care or equipments. Think of gutters full of mosquitos creating deseases. All these things need to be addressed first. Developing a nation attacts foreigners to your country, brings respect and dignity to the nation. The little oil we`ve got makes people think we are in Heaven but NOT. I think this country is lucking of common sense and sound judgement, very upholing to hear such an aweful entertainmets proposals. It`s better to collect funds to help those without roofs on their heads than seeking enjoyment, that`s selfishness indeed. We don`t sleep in an open roofs and count the stars. We rather walk at beautiful beaches and observe God`s creation whilst we go home and sleep comfortably because we`ve prepared our land majestically. This is how we should think. I don`t think this country will EVER developed whilst there are still senseless people with rotten ideas and selfishness rottenless to the bone. We visit other countries well developed, do you think, they put entertainment first? No, they think of developing their country first before anything else. I think its a time for fools to adjust their rotten thinking and set the country to a better path of prosperity. Let`s learn from Nigerians how their country is left ajar despite all the oil they have. They were enjoying day in day out until they country became devasttated. Now most Nigerians live from hand to mouth. Whiteman pave a way for Africans, Chinese & Indians to try and develope things ourselves but still, we are lacking behind these two countries, even, we can`t match them. They all started from the scratch. When will Aftherricans wake up from sleeping?
I think a woed to a wise is enough.

This is the kind of thing that happens when Ghanaians do not control the major companies in Ghana. With foreigners always heading these companies, ofcourse they do not care about the interest of the average Ghanaian. This is a shame. Maybe we should take some tips from Liberia, where foreigners cannot buy commercial land unless they are married to a Liberian. At least this way, Ghana can't be bought just because some foreigner has money. Ghanaians should take control of Ghana!
I agree that we should promote our own local talent. I mean would America ever pay a Ghanaian musician a million dollars?! Never! So why are we.
Besides, if we as a county can indeed raise a million dollars from taxes-this money should be invested in energy to help alleviate this electricity crisis! Come on people, Africa has unbelievable potential!
