I totally agree with this article. It makes it hard for those of us that are on time to programs look like we are over achievers. If everyone would be on time for things (school, work and festivities) the continent of Africa ... read full comment
I totally agree with this article. It makes it hard for those of us that are on time to programs look like we are over achievers. If everyone would be on time for things (school, work and festivities) the continent of Africa would be moving up.

It's the whole of Africa and I dare even say that, it's a problem of majority of the Black race. However, if, the whole of Ghana could learn from this, it'll go a long way. Well done mate.
