  How about more sites to purchase music from? Amazon, itunes, etc. I would love to purchase more albums from these sites here in the US.

  Sherifa Gunu is the only artiste who deserves international exposure. She is so natural; no additives, no preservatives. She portrays our culture and traditions in her music videos. She's in the order of Angelique Kidjo and Nayanka Bell who are known internationally for churning out music with meaning filled with African purest culture and art.

  our local artiste are insipid imitation of foreign artistes--they are boring and lack dynamism. unless they rep our culture right, they will never achieve any real international recognition.

The reason why Naija music is such a big hit is because they have both the market and the resources needed to internationalize their music,they make good songs too. Ghanaian artistes are too myopic and backward,even if every single Ghanaian supports them,they only reign and die in Ghana. Sarkodie,Becca and R2bees are the only smart ones,they constantly do collabos with Naija artistes and give honor to whom it's due...that's why they'll go far. But Ghanaian music will never over take the Nigerians,go ask the Canadians about US music.
