  People drop record label all the time. This is business! He should stop treating it like a LOYALTY venture! He should be looking out for new talents.You can't sit on your butt and invest all of your money in one person and expect them to be forever indebted to you.
  People come and go....I think his mum is a great person but she shouldn't consider this a loyalty club. It is business. Being GRATEFUL OR UNGRATEFUL has not monetry value in business...The satisfied customers and the customers with no other options always come back or stay with you. Richie, don't take this personal.Keep up the good work!
