I like the way Ghana artist are beginning to engage with audiences and their music. It's a clear understanding of the business aspect of the music. Keep up the great work

Most Ghanaians as soon as they earn a bit more than usual or make some profit, the first thing they do is to increase their spending to impress people. They do not realise that they are draining their resources and the people they are trying to impress will be very happy to help them spend their money but once it's all gone they will also quickly disappear.
Few Ghanaians learn to budget carefully and fewer still see the importance of living frugally ( living within or even below) their means so that they can save money to use during times of emergencies and also save money to invest in assets that over time increase in value.
Learning to practice the principle of DELAYED GRATIFICATION IS IMPORTANT IF WE ARE TO BECOME FINANCIALLY SECURE.
Almost all the millionaires (£,$ or € terms) that I am acquainted with started their working life with low or average incomes but through sheer hard work, discipline, tenacity, integrity, careful budgeting and strategic planning they managed to BUILD CONSIDERABLE WEALTH OVER A PERIOD OF A FEW DECADES. Almost all of them have had the same spouse over the decades and it is very clear that their supportive wives played a vital role in their accumulation of considerable wealth. Their wives tend to be frugal, budget carefully and do not waste the family's hard earned money on frivolous items. These millionaire wives often act as a check on their husbands attempts to indulge in extravagant spending.
The most surprising thing I find is that these super rich folk are quite generous but in a sensible way- they don't throw money at every person who crawls out of the wood work asking for help but rather on a case by case basis they willingly assist those who want to become financially independent by doing something useful, learning or improving their skill sets and who appears to have a viable plan showing how they plan to achieve their goals and ambitions .
Below is a glossary to help you understand some of the terminologies used above.
BUDGET: the amount of money that is available for, required for, or assigned to a particular purpose
e.g. a weekly budget for a family of five.
DELAYED GRATIFICATION: pleasure or satisfaction that cannot be experienced immediately, but that you must wait for or work for:
Saving money involves delayed gratification.
It's important to teach your child about patience and delayed gratification.
FRUGAL: being careful to use only as much money, food etc as is necessary.
