95% of the work you do and the effort you put in that leads to true EXCELLENCE or GREATNESS, occurs in obscurity, out of the line light, when nobodysees you or acknowledges you noone is paying any attention to you or don't even treat you with respect YET YOU CONTINUE TO WORK HARD, PERSEVERE, PRACTICE AGAIN AND AGAIN, INNOVATE, SACRIFICE and then one day, usually many years later you suddenly appear on a platform and the world discovers a genius and a super-talented man or woman. Without this hard or tough process people who rise quickly to the top often self-destruct sooner or later because they cannot cope with the stress, pressure or burden that is part of performing at the top- they never had the time to develope the emotional and even spiritual strength or stamina required to stay at the top position. THAT IS WHY SO MANY ARTISTES OR CELEBRITIES OFTEN SUCCUMB TO THE PRESSURES THAT FAME BRINGS AND THE SELF-DESTRUCT.
