It is the so called managers who send their artistes to early death. They arrange for them to travel at night to keep appearance and do not make safe travel arrangements. Safety is never in consideration. Just milk the cash cow. Take Terry Bonchaka, Ebony Reigns, Suzzy Willuams etc. Sometimes these are made to feel super human. Then the same managers push them into juju rituals, and sometimes, into drugs. Thes artistes start at very young ages. The so-called managers actually mismanaged them and their lives.
