In Germany for example, the child is provided a separate lawyer/child welfare person who will independently review the whole issue and advise the judge (expert witness) what will be in the best interest of the child before making custody determination. It's time we make use of experts in Ghana when it comes to child custody matters.Not every parent is capable of taking up sole responsibility of raising a child to become successful. Many mothers automatically assume such roles but they tend to raise misfits.
