Zakaria Abdulai is still on NFA Board because as it is today, Abdulai has not been found guilty of any crime that would warrant his dismissal from public office. Should a court of competent jurisdiction find himguilty of sexual abuse, which is a felony, he wouldn't only be disallowed on the board, but also lose his job from GES, and probably go to jail,depending on the verdict.
