I don’t agree with you on children, your father should have beaten your mother blue black because in their days, they were even beaten with sticks not cane. It’s rather to teach that child to be tolerant to the views of other and respect them. The mere fact that you have never whipped your child doesn’t mean he won’t punch someone in the face when they annoy him or rub him the wrong way. Children should be raised not by bookish knowledge as we do today, home sense counts a lot. Which unfortunately most kids don’t have because both parents are at work and only come home when they’re asleep.
